I was that way too, its so simple, get a dust blower, set the camera to clean, turn it upside down, remove the lens, and blow a few times.

... i wonder if my camera has a clean mode iwil have to look into it that way i was taught to do it is to set your camera to long exposure like 30 seconds or more and when its open you use the dust blower and then snap it again and stick a special swab in and wipe the senso really scary lol

I dont think you need to wipe the sensor yet, it doesn't look that dirty. Try the dust blwoing first, a few times and see what happens.
