It's a little late, but still, here is my part with the Grand Line OCs collab! I don't really have a full artwork of it since I just drew this one in the frame's file (too lazy to actually do one) =="
This is Rhea's pre-timeskip design, don't really know if I should draw her post-timeskip design, but eh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm going through some serious art block, thanks to school for keeping my mind to somewhere else. So this is the only thing that I could upload, please bear with it for a while q~q

OMG!!! You made Rhea look so beautiful and Badass!!! Seriously that smile of hers really tells me not to mess with her, or I am dead Hail Empress Aria (Rhea)!!! The shadow you added at the top really helps her badassness and adds to her dark grin. It is even cooler, since you also decided to cover her eye with some of the crystals too!!!
Is that a new cape?, kinda looks different, since this one is sheer, so I am thinking a new cape Btw your way of showing her devil fruit powers is AWESOME!!! and the light effects are just perfect! Just enough to make it obvious that this is valuable crystals and not so much that it would be crazy, An absolute perfect amount! Well done!!!! The amount of crystals is also great and I especially like the crystals on/near her shoulder/arm in the background. They show off a battle ability that Rhea has with all of those dangerous spikes, while the crystals in the front, makes Rhea look stunning, expensive and what her powers are It is really well done!!!!

I just see a lot of artworks with shadow over the head of a character, I just thought that those shadows will add more scariness on her, that's why. But I'm happy to hear how it looks badass for you ♥ c:

Thank you so much!! (Those are natural-growing crystals, hence the special-type logia devil fruit. Didn't cost as much as diamond, but still rare enough to have some value, and they're very handy in combat, especially in the empire since the place is filled with it ouo)
I'm not really confident about how I drew the crystals, but I'm still glad that you like how it turned out ><

She do look like a scary lady... but I wouldn't say that she looks old , but then again in One Piece the line between young and old looking is veeeerrrryyyy thin. She does however look like the type that could scare kids away with that look on her face. I know that I would've been uncomfortable and escaped if I met her with that expression, back when I was a kid
Well you were correct that shadow truly adds to the scariness of this artwork but it also still makes her look badass. I usually associate badassness with scariness, due to too much anime where the characters would come with a creepy yet very confident smile, so that might be why I think she is badass despite also having some scariness to her.
So she had a pre-timeskip cape! It looks good on her and somewhat a more relaxed type of cape compared to the other one. I think the color suits her
You're WELCOME! I like the idea of having the crystals glow naturally, mostly because that means lots of shine and some sparkles, which I just can't get enough of The more I learn about the Empire the more I just wanna go there for vacation
