Anyways, I hate giving all the ‘Bots the same optic color. It bugs me for some reason so I gave every mech their own color.
This is mostly a guide I made to keep myself straight, but it was fun to do
I would've added more of the guys but I ran out of room D:

I agree. Everyone having the same optic color would be sooo boring. And I can't even remember the Dinobot's optic color but having Wheeljack's is a good idea.

I love the detail you've gone into for giving these mechs varying optic colours, and even determining the range of colours possible, including rarity and everything. It's all so very impressive~ I'm a big fan of Hound and I adore the expression you've given him~ He's so charming. X3

I read a fanfic where the reason he has a visor is because his optics are red. (WUAAAAAAAT?) It was a fairly good fic. <3

Ironically, they were revealed in a comic book when Megs took control of Jazz. At the time they were red. Whether this is his actual color, or the color he gained because of Meg's mind control, we may never know!
I like to think they're gold with a hint of red around the edges. It gives him a hint of mystery, and perhaps even some Decepticon in his background. (Story line my sister and I are working on.
