Wow, it looks just like her! I like the angle, and the patterns in the cloth . . . They're making me quite jealous. Those can be so hard to do, but you pulled it off splendidly!
One minor critique though. I think that you could brighten some areas; the reflections on Tali's visor, the glow of her eye, and the planet's aura for instance. It's already a great piece, I just feel that some more contrast would really make it pop! 
Anyway, loooove it.
