Finished this up during 's livestream. I'm not super stoked on it cause it's not really dynamic, but for some reason I felt like completing it.Edit: Wow, I can't believe how many people like this drawing. Maybe I should go against my instincts sometimes and post stuff even if I don't like it. Because I was very close to not bothering with this! Thank you for all the feedback!

It never ceases to amaze me: Every now and then I'll post "throwaway" art I sketched ages ago, and people love it. And, just as often, stuff I sweat bullets over is met with yawns of approval.
Regardless, I'm glad you went against your instincts and posted this; it's a great "re-imagining" of these two characters. DO MOAR!

Nice work on April. I couldn't get past her character design when it was revealed for the TMNT fans when Nickelodeon picked up the rights to the series. The way that you drew her is making me wish that you worked on the show.

I think that not everything has to be in CGI. Your designs are proof that TMNT on Nickelodeon could have stuck with being in 2D like its predecessors.

Hmm...I thought April was taller and looked older, and that Master Splinter was shorter and kinda hunchbacked a bit, but this is damn fine artwork! Thanks for sharing it!

It's based on the new designs from the new TMNT series on Nickelodeon.
They made Splinter taller and a little bit younger and had April about the same age as the turtles.

I'm not a fan of the new TMNT, but seeing you do this live was amazing. Your workflow is so fluid. I was mesmerized by how fast you were and how well it was done. I totally forgot about Mando playing Star Fox for the majority of the time. Keep doing what you do, guurrrll xD
