Finished this up during 's livestream. I'm not super stoked on it cause it's not really dynamic, but for some reason I felt like completing it.Edit: Wow, I can't believe how many people like this drawing. Maybe I should go against my instincts sometimes and post stuff even if I don't like it. Because I was very close to not bothering with this! Thank you for all the feedback!

sibsy have you seen the recent episode karai vendetta? also sibsy the fight scenes with shredder in the gauntlet was amazing mostly they took the fight scene in the first comics which is a awesome nod to kevin and peter first issue.

I love the new TMNT cartoon. It's both funny, intense and dramatic at times
I personally think that Karai is Splinter's daughter that Shredder raised as his own to kill his enemy Splinter

Considering the how they talked about Splinter's daughter around the same time as Karai's introduction and how he mentioned that she would be around the same age as April (who is the same age as Karai, roughly) and Karai's backstory has her butting heads with Shredder quite a few times. I think it makes perfect sense

I've been wanting to draw the new Turtles but they look like Stikfa figures to me and Splinter is so damn tall it's disturbing.

It is rather interesting to view the characters like. April seems more a pre-teen or teenager than an adult reporter we know and love, and while someone mentioned Splinter appearing more like a cat than a rat, I kinda dig his proportions very well and wouldn't mind this take on the characters myself if the story supports this look well.
