I think if anyone should be getting a DD for this it should be the original photographer for his original photo, which isn't listed as "stock"
I recognized this right away because I drew it in charcoal, and while the photographer didn't mind me drawing it, I never posted it because I really felt it wasn't mine to post.

as for the link that just means they both used the same reference, looking closely at both works you can notice they are totally diferent vectors, in fact his is a lot more detailed
