Description
Does anybody remember Vectorman for Sega Genesis/Mega Drive ?He was able to morph into different types of Vehicles. Back in the days, it was one of the fastest jump'n'run games.
I did a remake of him.
Basicly, I wanted to test anisotropic reflections with this.
Cinema 4D, Maxwell

very nice render
I can see what you said on the metal material.
have you adjusted the reflection blur on the material?
or does that happen when you apply the multiple layers?
so that there is one basic material and we are applying differnet coates on it for getting the physically correct render.we don't have to bother about the light bounces and all.

itΒ΄s just one layer with anisotropic reflection. You can define blur strength, grind strength and grind direction with separate textures. Combining more than one layer can add a clear, glossy coating, like wet material or painted material.

By any chance do you have a higher Res version of this? Not enough Retro Wall-papers yeh'know? I'd put this on my desktop PERMANENTLY if so *_*! How else will I remember to smash War-Head?

ThereΒ΄s an emulator pack with all roms available. ItΒ΄s about 1 GB in size and includes more than 800 games.

Thank you. I am glad it does. I invested least possible time in this one.
what type of robot do you have in mind?

Not too complicated. First, i would make something that is based on a sphere primitive. I just dont know when, i dont have too much time for c4d lately.

What about a robot, that can fold to a sphere. Activating it makes it unfold like a transformer. A simple transformer. Start cutting a hemisphere into pieces.

Thank you. Good to see there are a few people out there, who still remember the good old 16 bit times.
