This is really beautiful, and honestly when Simba and Nala were split in the first movie after the stampede, I have this as my headcanon, and in my head it goes a little like the Volietkit and Twigkit m.a.p.

Why the heck didn't they include this sweet song in the Broadway form of "The Lion King"? Then again, everyone at Pride Rock, (except Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed), thought Simba was dead.
But, then again, in "American Tail", Fievel and his family had no clue where the other figure[s] was/were.
