Ahh then you should post more of them up! ^_^ I love this deviation so much. It's one of the more organic and true-feeling blueberry girl pics out there. You submitted this in 2004. I would love to see what you can come up with now. If you do this stuff more regularly than you show then you should post it! ^_^
and finally, I would like to say I like the way this girl looks, just by herself. She's very pretty. That's important too, of course and perhaps why this piece succeeds so much

Just beginning or somewhere part way through the process is what I was thinking of, but I hadn't seen your scraps gallery in its totality. It's got some great work as well.
Have to say, the whole Berry-girl concept is really bizarre but highly appealing for some reason.
I think wonkatastic is one of your better hand-drawn illustrations of a berry girl personally. I like it a lot more than the were-berry illustration for example, and find it more interesting than the Mel-Berry piece.
Yes, I do like the Mel-Berry but I think this one has more character and personality even.
I also think it has something to do with the stage she's in, like you said. I hope to see more in the future, and don't place so many in the scraps! ;D ^_^
