A copic is a brand of alcohol based markers.
They're really awesome. You should try them out!

That's the only place where I can find them. Of course, you can also buy them online.
A word of caution though. These babies are expensive. Like, $6.00 for one marker. But they are so worth it!
I recommend, if you aren't too serious at first about them, you should try Prismacolor markers. Pretty good quality, not nearly as expensive. Also lets you get a feel for the markers and how they work (because they are so much different than regular markers!) A great way to experiment without feeling like you wasted lots of money!
But if you find you really love alcohol based markers, I recommend sticking with Copics. They're the best!

Well I will have to start out with prismacolor markers then cause I am not that rich. Well thank you I will try to get some of those and work to get at least half way as decent as yours. (I will look into those tutorials also, they sound like they would be helpful)

Yeah, Prismacolors are the way to go if you can't afford copics (I only have a few copics, as compared to prismacolors)
Hobby often will have a sale on alcohol markers, though. 30% off. Be sure to keep an eye out for those!
