I don't know why I do those so much. I had an idea for the Ernesto contraption and had to make Freako Asylum around that idea. For me, they are just a thing to help these guys talk and breathe since their mouths are usually messed up. I don't think there are any real world uses for these.

Yeah, your covers are kicking the shit out of me. That guy reminds me of that weird robotic psycho in House of the Thousand Corpses. Anyhow I was researching zombie comics, and they don't really exist at least in this style. WTF! I'd totally buy them... maybe I'm not looking in the right place.
