This was for my 20,000th page view contest which was won byThe-amazing-Todd wrote:
"I'm a huge Norse freak, love all things viking. Thus how about A viking, battle worn, missing an eye, teeth (whatever, have at it) battling a sea monster. And to retain the Kong thing, the viking can be ripping the jaws of the monster like Kong to the T-rex."
So this was the pic I came up with. I decided not to have him pulling the jaws apart like King Kong did to the T-Rex because every angle I tried to use looked awkward. So I hope this works out ok.
Congrats again, I hope you like how it came out.

No, I don't allow for people to use my art in their own personal stuff. I did the piece as a certain project and don't let it be changed outside of it's original intention. Thanks for understanding and I appreciate that you like it enough to ask.

Your artwork brings to me a smile of the utmost sincerity. I'm half tempted to go out and snag a copy of The Devil's Rejects from Best Buy for your comic alone, as I have not yet seen the movie (sadly)... however, being a concientious movie buyer and not the biggest fan of House of a Thousand Corpses.... yeah

I think you can still get the comic by itself at most comic shops if you don't want to buy the movie. I think the comic by itself is $15 cheaper.

Yea, this was a fun one to do. I drew it while watching 21 Jumpstreet last night and started coloring it at 1:30 last night. This late night schedule thing is driving me nuts, I need to get back on being awake in the daylight.

i didnt quite catch what he meant by the "king kong"
aspect. king kong and the t-rex are same in size, so
for kk to rip the jaws open makes sense.
though a viking, despite being strong, is miniscule in
size compare to that of sea monster...so cant imagine
how that would work?
great none the less, love old Thor and viking themes...
or something like Beowolf.
