No, actually, I don't. Not because I don't want to, but because I don't have one. I just hold the lens firmly on the camera body, and try not to let in any dust or light.

Light I don't fear, it's dust that bugs me. But, although I've been doing it for a year now, I don't have a lot of dust inside, so I guess I'm lucky!
One alternative, even low-fi-er than a reversing ring, is ducktape, to seal the lens on the body, but I don't recommend it.

Well you must have a very steady hand compared to mine haha! I shake too much, blah.
Yeah ducttape wasn't really an option for me either, I might try again soon with just holding my lens.

Well, I guess it can be deadly, if you leave it in a sand storm!
I try to mentain a high shutter speed, and shoot in broad daylight, or use flash, diffused through a piece of paper. And loads and loads of shots and patience!
