Got a peek in your journal (hope you don't mind ) and saw that you have a 40D and getting macro gear.
In my opinion, you'll most likely get far better photos than this one (or even than any photo in my gallery), considering just the gear (cause, if you didn't saw, this is taken with a compact Canon A610, no macro lens what so ever).

Anyway, hope you get that lens you want and take great photos with it.
For the moment, I'm only dreaming of having some decent macro gear. But planning to move to DSLR really soon (somewhere around a Canon 400D, think it's more than enough for me)
