Yo who's ready for Kirby's first mainline 3D game?!

Ngl I was honestly shook when I saw the announcement! Its been a while that I've been excited for a new game since I believe was Super Mario Odyssey (the trailer really gives off that vibe tbh lol)! Heck, its basically the only thing I'm hyped for in that e3 direct so it's definitely going to be in my wishlist.

Seeing the premise, I really wondered if this is basically a reference to the Shiver Star theory where this new land/city used to be populated by humans or humanoids until something happened that made them all abandoned their home and now animals and nature have been taking over it. Man, there's going to be a lot of theories about this new lore and I'm all for it! The Kirby series really knows how to be all cute and cuddly on the surface while also pretty complex and, especially, dark if you dig deeper into its lore. Fr tho, I used to find the Shiver Star theory dreadful.
