Summary:
Amethyst is the odd eldest child of Discord, God of Chaos. That's a huge title, that this little dork doesn't care about at all. Amethyst is kinda....not all there. Not in a mean way of course, but he's just a little spacey. They try to befriend everyone they meet, which doesn't work too well. Most ponies are quite nervous around poor Amethyst, mainly because he doesn't have a consistent voice whatsoever. The kid is a mimic, his natural voice sounds extremely odd to the point that Amethyst doesn't even like it. So, he mimics ponies voices that he's heard that he likes! Discord adores his eldest child and wishes the kid had a bit more magical ability, but is perfectly happy with the mimic voice and the floating that Amethyst does.
