Description
It's been a good month since i did anything. Time for something new! I love sci-fi and futuristic worlds, cyborgs and all that jazz. The idea of a superficial life and intelligence is very fascinating. So i ended up doing something along the lines. I also think i was a bit influenced by some movies, anime and just music to finally make this. After a good 2 days on the actual chick (i spend way too much time on details that eventually aren't even noticible in a smaller version -_-") i ended up reusing and just tweaking one of the old fanwork backgrounds to save time and energy, cuz i really had no luck into putting something together newly and this one just clicked perfectly.
I still have a long way to go till my works become interesting for the eye aka differnt view angle. I'll get to it one day. ONE DAY lol
But yeah, i hope it's allright lol

DUDE, i was exactly checking one of your works (Barlangis II) yesterday going "man i wish i could do stuff like that, it looks so interesting and...real"...lol and now you're commenting on this? this is odd, but i'm glad people 100 light years ahead of me with theirs think my stuff is decent! Thank you for a comment!

haha, I didn't come fishing for compliments, but I apreciate it. Glad you like Barlangis II
After a quick look through your gallery I would say that this is your best piece so far, along with "The valley of frozen hearts". Keep it up!

ha, i know. I'm usually also curious when i see people faving something or just checking the stuff. Sometimes i stumble upon things that make me comment too! It happens!
I love when people manage to get these cinematic brilliant angles in landscapes or just in general with photomanipulation. My brain still cannot process all that yet (i mean i still cannot picture an image as a whole to know where and what i'm gonna do) but i'll try one day. Not to mention everything looks so seamless! But yeah, since i love steampunk stuff, that one of yours just clicked with me instantly.
Well, thanks for checking, again! I really appreciate comments from people like you.

The "cinematic angle" is quite easy to achieve to be honest. I'll tell you my trick, because once you know it you'll realize it's not really a revelation: usually I start creating my work in a rather boring static angle so getting the perspective right will be easier. Only near the end I will rotate the image by a few degrees to see what looks cool. You can also see this in the step-by-step of barlangis I, which I've linked in the description.
