I've been slowly working on a little series of mythological creatures as practice.This is the Abada, which is described as a forest spirit similar to a unicorn, but with two crooked horns. Β It is a central African mythical creature, so I decided to make it look a little more like an antelope.
Pencil drawing, finished in Photoshop.

I just heard about this critter today and I'm having trouble understanding how it's mythological. it's just a mammal with two horns and a tufted tail. the congo is full of those, isn't it? XD
