Look, it's my monthly submission. *cough*Cover to an art/sketchbook dealie that we're putting together.
Ballpoint pen, painter 8 for the color.
Um. About an hour total.

looks like you kind of gave up when you drew the body, and the head is a little too big for the body as well...the coloring is nice though

Very nice. I really like the sketchiness of it. Very textured, I like it. I also like the blue as well, it gives a very calm and soothing feel to the image. Great job as always.

This is macabre cool, seriously. The blue tones are rather pretty, yet don't mask the eerieness you put into the shadowing/lighting. The simplistic clouds also work really good for the empty value. Add a thick blue border and what do you have? Someone who has clearly stayed up for a grand total of 156.3 hours. Nice work, SilentKitty! Just stay away from that caffine.
