Sorry, the collarbones were driving me nuts, and I wasn't really liking the kanji, the more I looked at it.. so I snipped it and fixed up a couple of little things.
Same deal, this is for my ~elements-of-art character portrait.

*continues* Damn, I was 4th....
Well I like the hair on the left side(char's right)...makes me all happy and that... but the left side compared isn't as nice to me. Perhaps the brush is too big there.
I could say the same for the top of the hair, but meh, I couldn't do any better...
I like those glow-y whatevers in the bg! Plus his/her
markings. Nice one
