Friendly reminder: All choices are neutral.All of your questions have been recorded and even if I didnβt get to them this time, they can still be answered in the future. There were a lot of good ones!
On these little, unimportant choices, I'm allowing responses from both the comments section here and from anonymous on Tumblr. For the bigger choices with lasting effects, I'll only take responses from those with Tumblr accounts.

All these choices are neutral. If/when the choices are paragon/renegade, they'll be colored to reflect that.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed like the Mass Effect developers always put the more "controversial" conversation options at the bottom, even in the neutral conversations. For example, when Shepard is giving his commencement speech to the Normandy crew in the beginning of ME2, all the chivalrous-sounding options are at the top, and the all the badass ones are at the bottom, even though none of those particular options actually earns you paragon or renegade points.

Yep, I'll probably follow that trend, though there might not always be something controversial. In this instance, the only controversial option might be the [end conversation] one, though more for meta reasons than story ones.

Ending the conversation would defeat the whole purpose of Mass Effect. You never stop talking before you've exhausted every possible dialogue option!

Exactly! That's why it'd be controversial to pick it. Still, despite that fact about Mass Effect, I can't allow these conversations to go on that long. Walls of text for too long would be so boring.

I always nicknamed the ponies' (and griffons', dragons', changelings'...) homeworld as 'Harmony', and the Moon and Sun after the respective Princesses.
