Wow! This is such a beautiful capture!
I love the lighting. It's bright and open and really has a rain forest-y feel to it.
The background is awesome. It has great texture and colors. It adds a lot to the overall image.
The focus is really interesting coupled with the angle. The angle is my favorite thing about this shot. It shows a lot of the bird and has a lot of depth.
The colors are beautiful. The colors are very "real". They don't seem edited on or anything.
This, in my opinion, is one of your very best photos.

Hey, I know you might not be an ornithologist, but do you think the texture of their beaks is natural or time-related?

I'd go with time-related, as to me it seems the older they get, the more "flaky" and rough their beaks look. Β But that's just an educated guess.
