A first attempt at rough sketching my male elf commission. This is only a very rough half hour sketch and shading to see if the person commissioning me likes the stance and design.Related content

Looks great! Like the flowing hair and Legolas-ish look on him. The clothing design looks cool but i think adding forearm bands/light armor would be better but that's juz me.

I'm not even sure if the person commissioning me wants any armour. She didn't seem to like the idea on the female elf i did. But if she does, it's easy to add matching upper armour.

she's into elves? juz for additional references, you could check out magic cards artworks... they have had lots of elves over the years and each expansion has a unique design for the race.

Neverwinter nights has amazing all race artwork and is a great game to boot. She wants my elf pics for an elf club, to use as a journal theme and ID

i see... so i guess magic card elves wont be what she's looking for as they are basically warrior class rather than the plain wood elves. I got bored with NWN.. too much dialogue! I enjoyed playing Elderscrolls a whole lot more.

i made watching TV and playing games my source of entertainment and relaxation coz i hate to read books and i have to read in games as well! Hell no! LOL

I was reading since i was small as well but cant say i enjoyed it though. I love to read encyclopedias and stuff out animals and such but narrative literature without pics is a no-no for me.

Believe me... ive tried. 
Fast forward to now, i cant read more than juz 5 pages of medical textbooks coz my eyes hurt and id automatically feel sleepy but with the PC, i could stay more than 12 hours and be ok. LOL
