Basically not much wrong with this one proportionally-speaking.
-Just watch out and make sure your poses are more "natural."
-You'll benefit if you give the hair more volume- it'll look better
-Pay attention to those boobs
I forgot to mention in the image:
-The eyes are ever-so-slightly too wide and close-together. If you make them slightly smaller wdith-wise, the closeness issue is fixed.
-The nose should be just a tad bit higher.
