[EDIT] Yay, better picture! [/EDIT]I didn't have access to a scanner, but I'm so proud of how cute this is... I really love Houndoom, but I think its pretty impossible to get it in Pearl version... so I'll content myself with drawing little doodles of the Houndz.
I consider Pokemon to be a game, btw, not a TV show. The TV show is crap. =/
I did this with Le Plume II markers and a mechanical pencil on the back of an index card

The only reason I even watch the TV show anymore is to see the Pokemon themselves, and for Team Rocket. Sure, the schemes get old but I think James is adorable and Meowth wins over Pikachu every time anyways.
This is adorable, its one of those 'many sides to the same coin' kind of deal, seeing as I think most people see Houndoom as a evil Pokemon. (Tends to be on the villains side at least, kind of like Poochyena and Mightyena.)

Index cards are rather... difficult... especially with markers, cuz index cards can't hold much saturation. >< So I had to be really careful lol.
