Sooooo I've had a bunch of people ask me how I cel-shade. I thought I'd throw something together. I'm not really sure how to explain how I draw, but I gave it my best shot.Feel free to ask me questions if I didn't make something clear. ^____^ Hope that helps!

Eh, I use paint.net, I didn't know I could use the lasso and brush thing untill this tute of yours made me ask myself 'What if...'
So this is good for paint.net too.
Maybe I should really look into tablets, lifting pencil lineart makes for some really weird lineworks, and a pain to cleanup.

Ohhhhh yeah, I think the skies opened up on lineart when I got my tablet. It makes it soooo much easier and cleaner.

My temperamental Photoshop program despises me and would NEVER let me do cell-shading if my life depended on it. I have to color everything by hand. D:
And I don't know what I did, but I can't use the pen tool anymore, either. xD So now I can't cheat on long curvy lines.

Thankfully I'm not doing much in the way of full inking right now. I've been way too beat to do anything but sketches -- people have noticed that my artwork quality has dropped severely these last two months. xD
