This part is a direct allusion to "Lost". For those who've never watched it -- scenes with characters roaming aimleslly back and forward through the jungle take up to around 80% of every damn episode. Five more percent of screentime are devoted to characters walking through the jungle in flashbacks. And 5% to characters doing the same in flashforwards.***
This comic is an MLP/Lost crossover that tells the story of royal sisters' adventures on... the Island.
