“Hello! Virginia Pierce’s office.”

“Hey Shayna, it’s Security. That person of interest just walked through the door and is heading to the elevator. I let her through, just as Miss Pierce requested.”

“Oh, okay. Thank you!” Shayna hangs up the phone quickly. “Damn, not now. Virginia isn’t here. I guess that I’ll have to take care of this myself!”

Alexa storms from the tenth-floor elevator as it opens. She is wearing a form-fitting purple camisole, showing off her tight midriff and navel piercing. Her hair has changed since she was last here, having gone from simple blue highlights to purple with blue highlights. Tight black jeans and a colorful pair of purple sneakers with teal laces adorn her lower half. In her right hand, a trusty tape roller holding shiny gray duct tape and, in her left, a nicely wound length of white rope. The look on her face and the figurative laser beams emanating from her eyes could petrify a ghost as she storms down the hallway toward Virginia’s office.

She turns the corner already prepared for a fight, but the secretary is not at her desk in the hallway.

“Hmph, just like last time. Does this secretary ever do any work? Oh well, no reason to complain about the easy access to Virginia’s office. Looks like I’ve got her again. Maybe she’ll learn the lesson properly this time,” Alexa internalizes.

She opens the door into the office…
