I rarely go back and edit finished pieces, but I felt your suggestions were too good to pass up on!
Darkening the trees really added a much needed break-off between the sky and foreground and bringing out the windows definitely made the house more part of the image, instead of just something hidden away in the background that looked more like something annoying that just happened to be in the way.
The thin vertical line I believe was a flagpole if my memory serves me right. I also took out the chimney of the house, giving the roof a cleaner shape without any disturbances.

Amazing. I can almost hear the whoosh of flame igniting. My camera can't take photos like that; I still have to upgrade a proper SLR at some point- in the meantime, I'll just have to enjoy everyone else's!

Amazing. Personally, I love to look at the sky in the mornings and evenings, just to see how the light looks. When the light shines off the bottom of the clouds like that, well that's when I especially love it. This is a perfect shot of a beautiful sky. Congratulations.

Wayyyyy to heavy with the tonemapping for my taste, I would be curious to see what it looks like with a more realistic approach instead of a grunge style. Just my 2¢
