Ah finally got to this :>
I freaking love the way you have painted the water. It's such a difficult background element to paint with all those ripples and reflections, but it looks so neat here ! I can imagine it in two ways, either it's a night scene where the moon's casting light over the water or it's a neat tropical shaded creek with the sun peeking through the trees c:Β
And I still adore the way you draw the Altaix their hands ! I especially like the shape of the one which's further away under water <3... so hand-like !
And the way the tail is like moving/bending with the water, it's cool to see as it really shows they can relax their tail as well like that : D

aww thanks! water was really difficult here ugh 0-0 i still don't like way it turns, i need find some tricky way to draw it 8D but i am glad people like how it turned out, means i am on right way x)
XD haaah really? i just draw it as reptile hand, many of them has really human like hands haha
