So so sorry for the long wait, but on the bright side, to make up for it I've upgraded the prizes bigtime. Instead of traditional sketches I've decided to do simple background paintings. There is no order to how I'm doing these, just whichever catches my muse at the moment.

Very belated kiriban prize for Elycian of their very lovely character, Sierra.
Basically everything I love in one painting, bright sunsets, beautiful dragon character, lots of orange-blue colorschemes. Ahhh! cx
Gave myself a tiny challenge, only use the soft airbrush to paint Sierra. I think it worked out pretty well though I got tempted and switched to slightly harder edged brush in some areas (like her eyes and feathers). I enjoy the soft shading look quite a bit here though!

I hope you like it Elycian! I had a lot of fun painting Sierra, you have a really wonderful character! I'm really sorry for how long it has taken and I hope you like the result. Again, congratulations on winning the kiriban!
