Description
This is the project I was working on for the week
I love it! I know theres quite a bit I need to do (eg, detailing boat, scales maybe and some water drips on the paddle and lilypads) but it was due it today so i needed to finish up quick! This was for a laptop cover at school and unfortunately i didn't use printer friendly colors so yea..... it's gonna be pretty crazy when i actually print it off! Though I'm still quite proud of this! Slightly smaller then A4 and it's all done by tablet/computer!!!!

Adding color to them would be fantastic!
But maybe a bit tricky making them seem in the water

Maybe you could color them to seem like some are very close to the surface and some are deeper.

But Iv been playin with GIMP in my free time.
Im sure youll be more than able to give that effect.

Oh I used to use photoshop but as the name implies it's PHOTOshop and not PAINTshop, i found the lining and effects rlly good but the actual painting/blending horrible. so i downloaded a cracked version of Paint Tool SAI, and have been using it ever since

Gimp Is good for me.
I dont really know a lot about any digital art so im slowly figuring everything out.
I use it to color my linearts that I never felt like colorin traditionaly
But it seems to take much longer.
But I have to use a laptop touchpad so its not as easy to controll.
But I like the colors and shading.
And its free so that makes it right up my alley.

I thin this is fantastic. I know you said you wanted to add detail on the boat, the scales, and water ripples/drips, but I'd really like to see some thicker whiskers instead of the lines. Just saying! It's your character however! Wonderful work!!
