That is amazing.
I love the pose, and the blood, and the expression...and the whole concept, really. I think my favourite part is blood, and how realistic it looks. I also like how it looks kind of...dirty, if that makes sense. The background is very nice too, it brings the character to life and it's just so detailed. Gah. And those teeth! -steals-

Wow, nice blood splatter work = DD Very creative with the bindings, knives and everything. Especially that headgear (for lack of a better word). I especially like his teeth. They arent behind lips, its kinda like a skull in the sense that they are uncovered. That mightve made no sense, but I think you might get what I mean xD

The Suffering was such a fucking AWESOME game. My favorite was Hermes, the dude who killed himself in the gas chamber. His voice was so WEIRD that it just worked beautifully. And the "hearing voices" aspect of the game was incredibly well done.
