As requested, a new Phlubs! About time too.This one features Kevin Gray. Apparently, he went down the trapdoor at the end of Masquerade only to surprise a worker bellow the stage. Well, you can guess what happened next.

I like this one too btw; "Embarrassing moments don't even have to happen on stage. "Once while taking a break between performances, I forgot that I had my make-up on and popped my head out of the window. The next thing I knew was that people in the street started screaming and scattering in all directions."
He chuckles. "You get so used to having all the latex and horrible bits on your face that they literally become part of it and you tend to forget that you have them on."
I, having a very visually oriented brain, can immediately see this in front of me as some sort of a movie 
Then my brain starts making up new stories, but then a bit weirder and more over the top, like;
That one of the crew members asks if anyone wants to go to the store quickly to get them something, and the person playing the Phantom at the time stands and says "Ok, I'll go!"
"But... is that really such a good idea...?"
"Why not...?" *walks out before other person can answer* "I feel as if I've forgotten something... why are all the people looking at me so weirdly?? Ohh.... wait a sec....!"
Remember me of a time I was with a group of larpers playing orcs, they had pretty realistic and amazing costumes, and then at the morning they decided they wanted to get some food, and just forgot to take their prostetics, teeth, harness, everything... off. The reactions varied from frightened/shocked to amazed.

Mark never messed around, he was the most dedicated, never messed around or broke character on stage. You know the last scene, I come up through the lake and I?m all wetted down? They wet you down and rip your shirt off and stuff. And I come up and, um, his line is I say "Christine, Christine, let me see her!" And he goes, "Be my guest, sir!" And he makes this gesture like, "Be my guest (Hugh stands, jerks his thumb, and does a little hip thrust) SIR!" And I'm like that was really rude, he'd never done that before. And he keeps looking at me and going like that (Hugh jerks his thumb again and makes a face). What is he doing? I look down, my fly is open and my white dress shirt is sticking out of the fly! And he was trying to tell me was "Your fly is open." So, luckily, Christine runs up and I catch a moment to zip. And I thought, that was a funny story, wasn?t it? (Paula at www.hugh-panaro.net)

One I thought was one of the best mishaps was with Madame Giry, what happened is she was suppose to be there to tell Raoul where the Phantom lived but she wasn't there for her cue. He had tried to cover it up. She had been back stage talking and she tried to make it but in the end she yelled offstage, "HE LIVES ACROSS THE LAKE." Lawl. xDD

They changed a lot of things in the movie. The combination of "Why so silent" with the second "Notes" is one of the changes that actually works. It gives Red Death that much more screen time compared to the show.
