Description
A quick drawing (about an hour or so) of an Andalusian stallion dancing in an open field under a full moon for my school planner this year. I'm pretty happy with the result and love the shading on the stallion's face.Graphite on printer paper.

This took just an hour? My goodness, very nice work. I love the shading overal and the beautiful sheen on the coat. Your hilights and shadows look really nice. Overal I think the anatomy also looks terribly good. Wonderful lighting too.
I think some of my favourite art is the kind artists draw on things to fix them up such as planners, books, mp3 players, etc. I love fixing up plain items and seeing how others do it as well. Well done.

So do I. I enjoy seeing peoples' creativity displayed this way. Last year one of my friends splatter painted her planner. It looked awesome. So many of my friends have me draw covers for their planners and laptops too.

As I was drawing this my boyfriend was watching and he said, "You know, you should post a step by step of this." I was like, "Oh yea...but I've already worked past the second step." So, I'm thinking of doing another something like this one and posting all of the steps. I just need to figure out how to get all of the scans together in photoshop because I've never done that before.
