Combat, tactics, strategy, diplomacy. Caesar had learned all these things during his travels. With his growing might and skill, he was ready to claim his empire. Many of his accomplishments as a warrior and leader became known quickly. The deposition of his father Caligula in Viridian City, the defeat of Team Rocket... And eventually, his raid on the Indigo Plateau, cementing his position as the leader of all the Kanto Region. With his triumph, He sought to form the New Kanto Republic, which would later become the New Kanto Empire.
