Thank you, I've never played Doom that much, but working on video games concepts would be cool!
By the way, I think my next design could be a good fit for a sci-fi horror setting.

Really nice work indeed - love the fitting colours and textures, and also the agressive pose and expression!
One thing I really like is how his head shape reminds me a bit of toads, and the hot-looking regions of the sides of his head remind me of a cane toad's venom glands, a really cool and unique touch!

It always seemed interesting to me the idea of a dragon that swells its neck before spitting fire, as if it's charging the shot in order to concentrate its destructive power before releasing it.
So I was actually thinking about toads for the neck region
