Heh. You've got one hell of a memory if you can draw like this without a picture.
I'm not sure if I have a lot of critique for this one; it IS a sketch after all, so it's hard to be picky, considering a sketch is supposed to be a sketch (yeah, sketches are special and usually exempt from most rules of art, which I love). I should add, however, that Samus' armor seems a lot more masculine in frame, as opposed to the sleek and gender-neutral frame that she is depicted in. Or maybe it's just the body proportions.
All in all, a pretty good sketch. ^_^
