And then it's happening. All right now. All right here. Over and over again. The realistic and the naive are clashing. Right Here. It's happening; just between your ears.--
I wanted to see how much color I could pack into on work. It's just an experiment.
I was trying to illustrate what it's like to have a mind that doesn't want to stop, and is constantly hoping, dreaming, fearing, worrying, brooding, loving, hating, thinking all at once. It's like an explosion, and you just can't stop it.
The words are just important lyrics to songs I was listening to when making it. Kind of strange to put Rammstein, Cake, and Eisbrecher in the same thing. xD
Time: Hours and hours (I don't remember how many).
Mediums: Prismacolor pencils and markers, Sharpie markers, PITT art pen, and Staedtler pens (

I blend different similar-colored pencils and then use a colorless blender to make it smooth. n__n
And sometimes I'll color in marker first and go over it in pencil.

That "gas mask buddy" as someone else put it reminds me a LOT of a "frightened one" from Pnk Floyd's The wall....only technicolor.
