Okay, I'm really itching to critique this. Not because it's bad or anything, but just because I see a hell of a lot of potential that could get stuck.
First off, your perspective is really nice. The colors interact well and I like the combinations you use.
You are still lacking in the composition part, which is the hardest for me too. If you have to, start your picture off by dividing it into thirds. (I do with all of my not-sketches.) The colors, which are great, are lacking definition when you shade them with black. Use the complimentary color, it makes the darkness so much more vibrant and real. The next thing, which is a big and annoying step, is to stop putting words in your artwork. Make people see it and feel it- not read it. In the same vein, stop using symbols everyone knows about. Do something different, something challenging.
Stop using the same people and the same scenarios (I need to do more of this myself!)Pick things you wouldn't normally draw. Stay away from black and white. They are too stark and just too easy. Start using a different color, or make your own black. It takes more time, but it looks much better.
Your artwork is good artwork with potential, and I really don't want to see it get stuck like so many other people. The best way to get out of being stuck is to make sure you do things you are uncomfortable with. :]]

I know the composition sucks, but I think it's because I never really plan anything. I just build on it, which doesn't always result nicely (especially since I never finished doing the bottom right corner in this one).

Welcome. That's why I started pre-marking all of my sheets. u.u; I'm just glad you're receptive. My art teacher and I fought over these things for a whole grading period before I realized she was right. (I hate being wrong.)

Haha! I wish my teacher was bigger on critique. The only time she critiques is on something specific on a piece, and it's often too late to fix it.
And when she gives color suggestions, they come out really bad. :[

Color is difficult, it's all about what sort of colors you want. I'm naturally good with composition and color, but I get stuck with the whole "you cant draw the same picture twenty times" thing. D: There is actually a good tutorial on here about color... I think I have it in my favourites.

I do that too with the repetition. Once I find a pose I really like I don't break from it from along time.
