AH I'm sorry if you ended up at this page because I said it wouldn't redirect and the image did anyway... Tumblr made a giant liar of me... !!!!Art based on and created for "Destroyed" by That'sNotMe as a part of the 2012 Mass Effect Big Bang.

Thanks so much to Casey for producing such a bittersweet yet beautiful work of fiction!! Unfortunately I didn't get to finish my project and missed the opportunity to illustrate some other moments from the fic, but hopefully when I get more time I can post them here.
Work is done mostly with Photoshop CS5, with some use of custom PS brushes courtesy of Basstar and Z-designs. Reference material found in Mass Effect screencaps (not my own screencaps, I am sorry I did not properly keep a list of sources) and character sheets uploaded to DA by Troodon80 .
Characters belong to Bioware.

The colors and lights give a particular ambient, The Characters are amazing, Garrus is perfect, and Shepard, "Gosh", beautiful. Position, sadness and tired expression, it bears the weight of the galaxy on his shoulders.

Oh wow this is so incredibly gorgeous! I kind of wish I could have helped out for the ME Big Bang too, but before I knew it it was closed. Shepard's face is amazingly well done and you've captured that raw emotion so well. I love the fact how big Garrus is and his hand on her face is so tender along with his gaze. It's very comforting to look at this if you're having a bad day. I like your style in this and just how loose it is and yet nicely rendered in other areas. The lighting looks great too. That'sNotME did a fantastic job their part for writing for Big Bang and your artwork looks lovely there. Wonderful job illustrating that scene.

This is so great! It is very authentic. I really like Shepard's expression and all the bandages she wears, and the way she appears to be so very beaten. I hope more is coming soon!

Oh, this is gorgeous. It's so difficult to give visual emotion to Garrus (because of his silly face I believe), and you pulled it off perfectly. And I feel like I want to cry looking at that femshep because she's definitely about to.... :'I
