Description
After finding an ancient vault of knowledge outside Kira's mothers farm land which was a tomb of self contained knowledge about everything the Gelfling ever learnt so that the race could rebuild if the crystal was ever healed. Both Kira and Jen found a map that would lead them to the cold continent of Esparnia where a huge number of their ancestors and the first Gelfling Queen went to escape the Skeksis hold and keep the race alive. They then set of to find this new land and the Gelfling there so they could bring them back to the now healed mainland.

The Ark of Madas is a very powerful symbol it was normally handled by the Queen or one of her Arbitrators who could be ether gender. It is made from pure un-corrupted crystal and is a call to arms for all clans once placed on a Table Of Divinity, finding one of these symbols is incredibly difficulty on Esparnia as Xici and Valdis have gone to great lengths to destroy them because they don't want unity between any of the clans and want to keep them in chaos so they surrender their loyalty to them and crown them the rulers of the lands.

Crystal swords are also rare they were once used by the Queen's personal army, they glow red when they come up on corrupted individuals who's souls have been blackened and glow white in the company of those who mean well. It was said that all of the three Queens in there life times used to have crystal swords and would fight along side their men and women in battle and were very hard to kill, but Esparnia has no Queen not since the last one was murdered and she never appointed a successor so now the land remains leaderless and in turmoil.
