Because I adore that painting of them, I wanted one for myself.And before everyone goes "EWWW MAIKO?!!>!Blegh ZUTARA/ZUSONG/ZUJIN/ZUYOURMOM!!!!111one" I like their coupling. Deal with it.
And I just think it's cute. Why not? It makes them both happy so just roll with it. Plus, it's full of lulzy goodness with Zuko being an emo cake.
And I burned the paper cause it looks more Fire Nationy to me that way.

PS. Zuko is an emo cake. Mai is a goth girl. Not the same thing.

Heh, well in my apartment I have a gas burner. I just used the flame from the gas burner to burn the paper and I kept moving it around it get a nice golden color. If it catches on fire, it's too difficult to control. You just need to figure out how to work with the fire to use it to your advantage.
That's why I'm totally a firebender. Fooo sho'.

Technically, the term "emo" is a bastardization of emotional. Emo kids are trying to be goth kids, but failing. So basically, yes. Emo, in a nutshell, means whiney little bitch.

I think I get the difference. Emo's can't get ahold of their emotions, and decide to dress in black clothing and wear hideous make-up so everyone will see how pissed off they are are who-knows-what, while true goths are at peace with themselves, despite the fact that they go against the norm in fashion, and find beauty in darkness.
