He's absolutely terrifying

In a world with thousands of various superpowers he could have had, he just so happened to be the unlucky soul who got horrifically strong spatiokinesis, IE the ability to manipulate the fabric of spacetime

He can't control it a lot of the time, he tends to phase around and walk through solid objects and appear in several places at once

And yes, Collin CAN, in fact, make black holes

He sometimes makes a little one if he's bored and feeds it a pencil or something so it has a nice accretion disc

Yes this 15-year-old child plays with black holes
