I think you mean the tree of beginning in Pokemon Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, it had the regis protecting them and such

FOUND IT! It's pikachu's rescue adventure! Togepri get scared and falls down a hole. Pikachu and some other of Ash, Misty and Brock's Pokémon follow after and they find this Pokémon paradise where no trainer has been and starts off finding Togepri, for then to get back somehow. It looked kinda like what you did here.

I can see the comparison, the underhaven however is entirely underground. Inhabited by almost all fossil pokemon, the Flygon family and illumise and volbeats. Less pikachu's rescue mission and more land before time if you like
