Bid for M142 Frimas
Ridden by Lee Bishop as an Endurance or XC Prospect

Lee had ridden along with Eli for this trip to Mercury Stables to try out some Canadian Donstruppers. When they finally arrived after the long roadtrip, Eli almost immediately spotted the horse he wanted to try, and bid a quick farewell to Lee before setting off towards a handsome red dun stallion. Lee wasn't as decisive initially, as he looked around the arena trying to choose which horse to try first.

He ended up trying a few horses, trying to get the feel of the different mounts. They all felt great under the saddle, with smooth and effortless gaits, but Lee didn't quite feel a connection until he tried Frimas. The mare was energetic and responsive as Lee rode her around the arena. The mare's energy would definitely be suitable for either Endurance or Cross Country. Lee took her through some of the jumps to see how she performed and she did so wonderfully. He then took her out beyond the arena for a quick ride on the Endurance course.

When they rode back into the arena, Lee couldn't help but feel she was the horse for him. He spotted Alexa among the other riders; he recognized her from the Winter Blues he had attended last year. Lee dismounted, and led Frimas over to Alexa. The two got to chatting about anything and everything Canadian Donstrupper, and of course about the lovely mare Frimas.
