Why? Because it's not robotic? It's Jazz as a Mermaid (Merformers) - where the 'mer' are based on real life oceanic animals, in this case an endangered species of New Zealand Dolphin.

Sorry for insulting that drawing. The main thing about that picture that bothers me is this weird grey thing covering up his left arm. Is it meant to be a fin or is it something else that I dare not mention?
