Jazz blasted into the rid scene so fast I barely noticed Drift for a minute.If I had only one complaint to make, it’s Drift’s plating colour. Seriously there’s a ton of yellow/orange/red coloured ‘Bots (Bee, Sides, Optimus, Roddy and Sunny - should they choose to make roddy and sunny close to their g1/idw colour schemes) already in the cast, did they have to make another one? At least yellow scans better than red or orange. I really like the heavier built of the 'bots in the show.

I just saw a release statement saying It get released in Australia on CN on foxtel (which does me no good because I don't have pay tv and the one person I know does doesn't get Cartoon Network dammit) then the UK and Germany. So hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks!

Oohh. I saw the Strongarm toy and she looks nice. Which Drift toy? The new toy or the one based off the older design (I can think of he name of the toy line right now)

I've seen a few prototype of the new show's toys around on tumblr and he's included in the line, even if there isn't a final version yet. Not that i'll see a RID line toy until the middle of the year and even then I'll probably have to buy Drift's online. I hate living in Australia half the time. We never seem to get half the toys the US and Japan do.
As far as I'm aware there's only the AoE and IDW generations design toys for Drift and I have both. But no MTMTE one (well I have seen talk of a fan-made one that I might buy later but it's not official).

Yeah, he was the kind that transforms in one step, so that line is most likely a prototype, I could guess. That is true. A full RID toy line will probably come when you said. And with Drift's, I think I just got lucky. I found him at the local comic store (not in his original casing) with the instructions for $10 as the only one. But a lot of stuff comes in there randomly, like I went there recently and they had 3-4 Masterpiece toys. And for me, living in the US, it's also kinda hard to find those kinds of toys where I live. Our stock can get pretty low until another movie comes out.
It's the IDW Generations Drift I have, and it is a very nice toy. And a MTMTE would be a very nice you, indeed.

I had to buy the IDW Drift from someone I follow on tumblr (and a revoltech Optimus for $40 AUD) because we get only the most common generations toys. Hell, the toyworld I use still has a shelf full of RotF and Beast hunters toys and everywhere else refuses to stock anything but AoE and angry birds TF telepods.
I've luckily found a fellow who imports toys in my city for cheaper than most places, so I've gotten 4 masterpiece TFs through him but not before I had to use a US site to get Windblade and Chromia. I'll use his place to get my Brainstorm. I am hoping he'll get the Takara rid toys - if they make them- because the japanese ones are better quality than the rest.
I got so desperate for a MTMTE Drift toy that I made my own from mostly a spare Kre-o Arcee and lego ninja swords. He's derpy, but I love him.

Yeah, it's kinda like that here. The only thing just about close to a non-generic old-ish toy we have here is a rare Masterpiece from Toys-r-us and the really expensive ones for 300$ that are a bit too vintage and old, but still cool. And even then they only had Soundwave Masterpeice and Acid Storm, Hasbro version. Japan does make the better toys, though. And we had Windblade and Chromia too for about a day at Walmart.
Im in sure he's fine. Those are always fun to make, anyways ^^

Well I think 3 of my MPs (Prowl, Silverstreak and Sideswipe) were around the $80AUD mark, but Ghost Starscream was $250. I really want that Soundwave masterpiece $300 is a bit much and it would be the most I've paid for any toy including my Avengers Loki from Hot Toys. But I would gladly pay that much for an official MTMTE Drift toy but I'll settle for the 3rd party one when it's made. *trys not to obsessively collect all the Drift toys in existance. fails miserably and has a desk full of AoE Drifts*

Nice. Those are the ones I can't find here, too. Strange.... And I can see that price being reasonable for Ghost Starscream. That is a really nice toy, I'm sure. Do you have the smaller toys (I'm pretty sure they are generations toys) of Tailgate and Roadbuster and Swerve and another small one? They are about the closest to a MTMTE toy line I can think of besides that. XD *joins in with you and hoards all Generations toys*

I won Swerve and Flanker in a tumblr Giveaway, but I've not seen them on the shelf or my usual websites. I do want Tailgate. And Armarda Starscream. And TFA Rodimus... I have a list of toys I want as long as my arm, only I'm running out of space to put them. XD
TFP was bad for me, my Decepticon ranks swelled (They still don't stand a chance against my 23+ Optimi though) and ate up most of my shelf space. Time to reshuffle so I can fit the RiD guys. *War for Cybertron Kickback stares from his high exiled post above the bookshelf* Yeah, definitely time to reshuffle. Poor Kickback's got a health dust bunny farm going up there.

Hmmm. That's sucks. But I did see Armada Starscream on the shelf at Walmart...very nice looking toy. Yes, the list goes on, and on, and on..... XD Half of mine are in another house, and the rest barely fit on my desk and nightstand. XD Yeaahhh, I know whatcha mean. My china doll is staring at me from the shelf my dad made for her. My Transformers don't really like her and her buddies up there. XD Dust bunnies, indeed.

I'm trying to complete the Windblade Comic cast with their toys. Chromia arrived on monday to keep Windblade company, but I've only got a WFC Starscream and he's using his Armada frame in the comics atm. I'll also need an Ironhide and rattrap.
Man I wish I could afford my own place *grumbles about a month's worth of government support going on the ridiculously expensive car registration* I would have a whole room of glass cabinets filled with TF stuff if I had my own place, as it is AoE lockdown is entertaining my Monster High ladies and my Geisha doll a friend got me when I was a toddler would actually be under glass like she's supposed to be.

Ah, yes. I know whatcha mean. They have the whole set where I am, and nobody seems to be taking an interest in them here. A Starscream is better than no Starscream, though, right? I guess... And I would too, if I had the money. College has to come first, then the shelves filled with my soon-to-be-ridiculous collection of toys.

I honestly don't know. I've not seen anything more than gifs and screen caps.
What I can tell you is the Jazz is holding Sideswipe's sword and as far as I'm aware Drift and Jazz appear in separate episodes from each other.
