I bought a tin of 111th Anniversary 12 set Faber-Castell Polychromos and wanted to break them in. An instagram follower suggested Mer!Velocity! And while I had to sub in the Black, grey and teals from my prismacolor set everything else is the Polychromos. On black paper because, why not.
Lotty is an Atlantic Blue Marlin, and currently the first femme I’ve added to my Merformers! These Mer are one gender (possessing both the ability to father and carry offspring. And once they get used to humans gender hang ups they like to choose their form of address) and because She’s a fish I wdidn’t want to add breasts. I think I found a middle ground that suits. Slightly more rounded pecs and as buff as I can manage (I should learn how to draw buff characters tbh).
